Neck over towel as a postural break

 

This exercise is a simple, inexpensive, yet effective way to help relieve neck pain, headaches and tightness in the back of your shoulders. This exercise can help if you spend a lot of time using a computer, mobile, or any task which requires you to place your head forward for long periods of time. Of course, it doesn't replace the need for good ergonomics and taking frequent breaks, but it will fit neatly into the stretching routine you complete as part of your break.
